In the case of in formal events (such as PhotoWalks) we will indicate that your image may be used for promotional purposes (on our website for example) and accept your verbal agreement as permission to use your image. We will make every effort to exclude individuals who do not wish to have their image used from being in any images or video we subsequently release.

Payment Information
We do not store your bank or credit/debit card details used when purchasing goods and services from us. Where possible we put payments for purchases through third-party payment platforms which do not share your banking details with us.
